Error code 02/03/04

ERROR CODE (02/03/04) INSPECTION AND ACTION DESCRIPTION

Step	Inspection	Action
1	VERIFY TARGET AND TARGET SETTING ENVIRONMENT Verify the following. Are the windshield, FSC lens, or FSC cover dirty or scratched? There is no light such as direct sunlight around the cameras or target. Is the area around the camera or target shaded? Is there any dirt, cracks, damage, or wrinkling on the target and board? Is the target produced in white and black? Are there obstructions or moving objects in the shaded area indicated in the aiming procedure in Step 4? Was the target made as instructed in the procedure? Has the target moved during aiming or not? Is there a malfunction?	Yes	Repair the malfunctioning location and go to the next step.
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	PERFORM FSC AIMING Perform the FSC aiming. Is the FSC aiming procedure completed correctly?	Yes	FSC aiming procedure is completed.
2		No	Error code 02/03/04 is displayed Code other than error code 02/03/04 is displayed Go to the next step. Go to the procedure for the displayed error code.
3	PERFORM THE FSC AIMING PROCEDURE USING THE ACTUALLY MEASURED VALUE Measure the distance from the target to the front wheel center. Perform the FSC aiming procedure using the actually measured value. Is the FSC aiming procedure completed correctly?	Yes	FSC aiming procedure is completed.
3		No	Go to the next step.
4	VERIFY DTC Perform the DTC inspection for the FSC. (See DTC INSPECTION .) Is a DTC displayed?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) (US)] .) (See DTC TABLE [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE (US)] .)
4		No	PERFORM FSC AIMING AGAIN Switch the ignition OFF. Close all doors and wait for 6 min or more. Perform the FSC aiming procedure again and if it is not completed successfully, replace the FSC. (See FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
