| 3 | VERIFY IF REAR MOUNT CAMERA IS INSTALLED POORLY

Yes | Install the rear mount camera correctly and perform the repair completion verification. (See REAR MOUNT CAMERA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) |

| 4 | VERIFY IMPROPER POSITIONING OF CAMERA

Yes | Perform the aiming for the deviated camera or the parking assist unit (optical) aiming, and perform the repair completion verification. (See PARKING ASSIST UNIT (OPTICAL) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .) |

| 5 | INSPECT PARKING ASSIST UNIT (OPTICAL) FOR MALFUNCTION DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY

Yes | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, replace the parking assist unit (optical) and perform the repair completion verification. (See PARKING ASSIST UNIT (OPTICAL) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .) |

| Repair completion verification 1 | VERIFY THAT VEHICLE IS REPAIRED

Yes | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1.
