- Front body control module (FBCM) detects an open circuit or short to ground in the headlight LO relay No. 2 circuit with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).

- Headlight LO relay No. 2 malfunction
- Front body control module (FBCM) connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in the wiring harness between headlight LO relay No. 2 terminal E and front body control module (FBCM) terminal 1M
- Open circuit in the wiring harness between headlight LO relay No. 2 terminal E and front body control module (FBCM) terminal 1M
- Front body control module (FBCM) malfunction
