DETECTION CONDITION & POSSIBLE CAUSE

Headlight (RH) circuit malfunction |
| Detection condition |
- The adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module detected an open circuit in the headlight (RH) circuit during the headlight LO on control for 5 s or more with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).

| Fail-safe |
- Control of the adaptive front lighting system (AFS) is continued.
- Control of the headlight auto leveling system is continued.

| Possible cause |
- DTCs are stored in the front body control module (FBCM).
- Headlight LO relay circuit malfunction
- Front combination light (RH) connector or terminal malfunction
- Adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module terminal H and front combination light (RH) terminal M
- Open circuit in wiring harness between adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module terminal H and front combination light (RH) terminal M
- Front combination light (RH) malfunction
- Adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module malfunction
