Diagnostic procedure

STEP	INSPECTION	RESULTS	ACTION
1	VERIFY NO DSC HU/Control Module MALFUNCTION Using the M-MDS, clear the DTC from the DSC HU/Control Module. (See CLEARING DTC [DSC HU/Control Module] .) Start the engine and drive the vehicle at 10km/h {6.2 mph} or more. Using the M-MDS, perform the DSC HU/Control Module DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION [DSC HU/Control Module] .) Are the same DTCs present?	Yes	Replace the DSC HU/Control Module, then go to the next step. (See DSC HU/Control Module REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [VIN M] .) (See DSC HU/Control Module REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [VIN Y] .)
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCS ARE PRESENT Are any other DTCs output?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [DSC HU/Control Module] .)
2		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
