Diagnostic procedure

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step Inspection Action
1 VERIFY VEHICLE COLLISION
  • Confirm with the customer that the vehicle was hit.
  • Has the vehicle been hit?
Yes Replace the SAS control module. (See SAS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .)
No Go to the next step.
2 VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED Yes Repeat the inspection from Step 1.
No Go to the next step.
3 VERIFY IF OTHER DTCs DISPLAYED
  • Are any other DTCs displayed?
Yes Repair the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [SAS CONTROL MODULE (TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM)] .)
No DTC troubleshooting completed.
