| Detection condition |
- The retractable hardtop control module detects the top lock switch ON condition for 30 s when the roof position is at a position other than fully-closed.

| Fail-safe |
- Stops retractable hardtop operation
- Inhibits the open retractable hardtop operation.

| Possible cause |
- Short to ground in wiring harness between retractable hardtop control module terminal 1G and top lock switch terminal A
- Top lock switch malfunction
- Retractable hardtop control module malfunction
