DTC B1D9D-14: Rear Roof Link Motor (RH) Circuit Malfunction [Retractable Hardtop Control Module]: Notes

DTC B1D9D:14 (RETRACTABLE HARDTOP CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description	Rear roof link motor (RH) circuit malfunction
Detection condition	The retractable hardtop control module cannot receive a signal from the rear roof link motor (RH) while the rear roof link motor (RH) is operating.
Fail-safe	Stops retractable hardtop operation
Possible cause	Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals: Short to ground in wiring harness between retractable hardtop control module terminal 1C and battery positive terminal CABIN+B 50 A fuse malfunction R_DECK R 30 A fuse malfunction Open circuit in wiring harness between retractable hardtop control module terminal 1C and battery positive terminal Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals: Retractable hardtop control module terminal 3G and rear roof link motor (RH) terminal A Retractable hardtop control module terminal 3C and rear roof link motor (RH) terminal E Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals: Retractable hardtop control module terminal 3G and rear roof link motor (RH) terminal A Retractable hardtop control module terminal 3C and rear roof link motor (RH) terminal E Retractable hardtop control module terminal 1C and DC-DC converter (i-ELOOP) terminal 4A Rear roof link motor (RH) malfunction Retractable hardtop control module malfunction
