DTC B1D9F-14: Rear Roof Link Motor (LH) Circuit Malfunction [Retractable Hardtop Control Module]: Notes

DTC B1D9F:14 (RETRACTABLE HARDTOP CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description	Rear roof link motor (LH) circuit malfunction
Detection condition	The retractable hardtop control module cannot receive a signal from the rear roof link motor (LH) while the rear roof link motor (LH) is operating.
Fail-safe	Stops retractable hardtop operation
Possible cause	Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals: Short to ground in wiring harness between retractable hardtop control module terminal 1D and battery positive terminal CABIN+B 50 A fuse malfunction R_DECK L 30 A fuse malfunction Open circuit in wiring harness between retractable hardtop control module terminal 1D and battery positive terminal Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals: Retractable hardtop control module terminal 2A and rear roof link motor (LH) terminal A Retractable hardtop control module terminal 2E and rear roof link motor (LH) terminal E Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals: Retractable hardtop control module terminal 2A and rear roof link motor (LH) terminal A Retractable hardtop control module terminal 2E and rear roof link motor (LH) terminal E Rear roof link motor (LH) malfunction Retractable hardtop control module malfunction
