Telematics Communication Unit Removal/Installation: Notes

NOTE:

There are two types of telematics communication units, type A and type B.
The type of the telematics communication unit can be determined using the following procedure.

Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on).
Select [Settings] from the home screen of the center display.
Select [System Settings] on the [Settings] screen.
Verify that the [Connected Services] item is displayed on the [System Settings] screen.
- Type A: The [Connected Services] item is not displayed.
- Type B: The [Connected Services] item is displayed.
