DTC U2300-55: Body Control Module (BCM) Configuration Not Implemented [Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS) Control Module]: Outline

DTC U2300:55 [ADAPTIVE FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM (AFS) CONTROL MODULE] DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Body control module (BCM) configuration not implemented
Detection condition	The adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module received a signal which indicates the body control module (BCM) configuration is not performed.
Fail-safe	The swivel actuator is moved to the center. The headlight leveling actuator is stopped at the position when the malfunction is determined.
Possible cause	NOTE: To correctly write the configuration data sent from the body control module (BCM) to the adaptive front lighting system (AFS) control module, 30 s or more have to be elapsed since the ignition is switched ON (engine off or on).
