Without 360°View Monitor System and Parking Assist System: Outline

DTC U3000:1C (VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE - WITHOUT 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AND PARKING ASSIST SYSTEM

System malfunction location Malfunction in vehicle control module (VCM) power supply output circuit
Detection condition  
  • The vehicle control module (VCM) detects a malfunction in the vehicle control module (VCM) power supply output circuit for 10 s.
Fail-safe (See DTC TABLE [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE (US)] .)
Possible cause  
  • The vehicle control module (VCM) stores DTCs.
    • Vehicle control module (VCM) low power supply voltage input
    • Vehicle control module (VCM) high power voltage input
  • Body control module (BCM) connector or terminal malfunction
  • Forward sensing camera (FSC) connector or terminal malfunction (with forward sensing camera (FSC))
  • Driver monitoring camera unit connector or terminal malfunction (with driver monitoring (DM))
  • Short to ground in power supply output circuit
  • Short to power supply in power supply output circuit
  • Open circuit in power supply output circuit
  • Forward sensing camera (FSC) malfunction (with forward sensing camera (FSC))
  • Driver monitoring camera unit malfunction (with driver monitoring (DM))
  • Vehicle control module (VCM) malfunction (built into body control module (BCM))
