DTC B103E:13 [REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE] DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step	INSPECTION		Action
1	INSPECT WALK-IN ACTUATOR (RH) CONNECTOR CONDITION Switch the ignition off. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .) Disconnect the walk-in actuator (RH) connector. Inspect the connector engagement and connection condition and inspect the terminals for damage, deformation, corrosion, or disconnection. Is the connector normal?	Yes	Go to the next step.
1		No	Repair or replace the connector, then go to Step 7.
2	INSPECT REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE CONNECTOR CONDITION Disconnect the rear one-touch walk-in control module connector. Inspect the connector engagement and connection condition and inspect the terminals for damage, deformation, corrosion, or disconnection. Is the connector normal?	Yes	Go to the next step.
2		No	Repair or replace the connector, then go to Step 7.
3	INSPECT WALK-IN ACTUATOR (RH) CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND Verify that the walk-in actuator (RH) and rear one-touch walk-in control module connectors are disconnected. Inspect for continuity between the following terminals (wiring harness-side) and body ground: Rear one-touch walk-in control module terminal 3C Rear one-touch walk-in control module terminal 3D Is there continuity?	Yes	Refer to appropriate wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between the following circuits: Rear one-touch walk-in control module terminal 3C-Walk-in actuator (RH) terminal B Rear one-touch walk-in control module terminal 3D-Walk-in actuator (RH) terminal A If there is a common connector: Determine the malfunctioning part by inspecting the common connector and the terminal for corrosion, damage, or pin disconnection, and the common wiring harness for a short to ground. Repair or replace the malfunctioning part. If there is no common connector: Repair or replace the wiring harness which has a short to ground. Go to Step 7.
3		No	Go to the next step.
4	INSPECT WALK-IN ACTUATOR (RH) CIRCUIT FOR OPEN CIRCUIT Verify that the walk-in actuator (RH) and rear one-touch walk-in control module connectors are disconnected. Inspect for continuity between the following circuits (wiring harness-side): Rear one-touch walk-in control module terminal 3C-Walk-in actuator (RH) terminal B Rear one-touch walk-in control module terminal 3D-Walk-in actuator (RH) terminal A Is there continuity?	Yes	Go to the next step.
4		No	Refer to appropriate wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between the following circuits: Rear one-touch walk-in control module terminal 3C-Walk-in actuator (RH) terminal B Rear one-touch walk-in control module terminal 3D-Walk-in actuator (RH) terminal A If there is a common connector: Determine the malfunctioning part by inspecting the common connector and the terminal for corrosion, damage, or pin disconnection, and the common wiring harness for an open circuit. Repair or replace the malfunctioning part. If there is no common connector: Repair or replace the wiring harness which has an open circuit. Go to Step 7.
5	INSPECT WALK-IN ACTUATOR (RH) Inspect the walk-in actuator (RH). (See WALK-IN ACTUATOR INSPECTION .) Is the walk-in actuator (RH) normal?	Yes	Go to the next step.
5		No	Replace the second-row seat (RH), then go to the Step 7. (See SECOND-ROW SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
6	INSPECT REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE Inspect the rear one-touch walk-in control module. (See REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE INSPECTION .) Is the rear one-touch walk-in control module normal?	Yes	Go to the next step.
6		No	Replace the rear one-touch walk-in control module, then go to the next step. (See REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
7	VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED Reconnect all the disconnected connectors with the negative battery terminal disconnected. Connect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .) Clear the DTC for the rear one-touch walk-- in control module using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE] .) Retrieve the rear one-touch walk-in control module DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE] .) Is the same DTC displayed?	Yes	Repeat the inspection from Step 1. If the malfunction recurs, replace the rear one-touch walk-in control module. (See REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) Go to the next step.
7		No	Go to the next step.
8	VERIFY IF OTHER DTCs DISPLAYED Are any other DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [REAR ONE-TOUCH WALK-IN CONTROL MODULE] .)
8		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
