| Detection condition |
- The Mazda EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE control module detects an open circuit or a short to ground in the power supply circuit (IG1).

- IG1 relay No. 2 malfunction
- DTCs are stored in the following modules.
- Body control module (BCM)
- PCM
- Mazda M Hybrid battery (with Mazda M Hybrid)
- DC-DC converter (Mazda M Hybrid) (with Mazda M Hybrid)
- Integrated starter generator (ISG) (with Mazda M Hybrid)
- Battery malfunction
- Generator malfunction (without Mazda M Hybrid)
- Mazda EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE control module connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground or open circuit in Mazda EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE control module IG1 relay circuit
- Mazda EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE control module malfunction
