Diagnostic Procedure

DTC U007A:00 (MAZDA EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE CONTROL MODULE) DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step Inspection Results Action
1 INSPECT CAN COMMUNICATION LINE 
  • Perform an inspection in accordance with the multiplex communication system diagnostic procedure.
  • Is the CAN communication line normal?
 Yes Replace the Mazda EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE control module and perform the repair completion verification.

No Repair or replace the malfunctioning location and perform the repair completion verification.
Repair completion verification VERIFY IF OTHER DTC IS DISPLAYED 
  • Perform the DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION .)
  • Are any other DTCs displayed?
 Yes Repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.
No DTC troubleshooting completed.
