DTC U0151-00: Can Communication System: Communication Error To SAS Control Module

U0151:00 (PCM - VIN M) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	CAN communication system: Communication error to SAS control module
Detection condition	Communication error between the PCM and SAS control module continues for a specified period of time.
Fail-safe	Inhibits engine-stop by operating the i-stop function.
Possible cause	Malfunction in CAN communication line between SAS control module and PCM NOTE: Perform the malfunction diagnosis according to the troubleshooting procedure for the multiplex communication system. (See MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW [CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN)] .) SAS control module malfunction (Refer to applicable SAS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM - US/CANADA SPEC.] in the service information.)
