U007C:88 (BCM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Module communication error (CAN bus between QBC contactor and body control module (BCM))
Detection condition	The body control module (BCM) detects malfunction in CAN communication line (CAN bus between QBC contactor and body control module (BCM)).
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Vehicle status when DTCs are output	Not Applicable
Repeatability verification procedure	1. Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC .)
Inspection/action procedure	• Proceed with the inspection/action in the order from Step 1 below. • After part repair or replacement, perform the repeatability verification procedure and perform a DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION .) - If the DTC inspection indicates the same DTC again, go to the next step. 1. Perform the malfunction diagnosis according to the troubleshooting procedure for the multiplex communication system.
