Body Control Module (BCM) Bracket Removal/Installation

WARNING:

Handling the air bag module improperly can accidentally deploy the air bag module, which may seriously injure you. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the following parts:
1. Driver-side front scuff plate (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Driver-side front side trim (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Passenger-side decoration panel (See PASSENGER-SIDE DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Driver-side decoration panel (See DRIVER-SIDE DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
5. Driver-side lower panel (See LOWER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
6. Driver-side knee air bag module (See DRIVER-SIDE KNEE AIR BAG MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM - US/CANADA SPEC.] . )

8. Steering wheel (See STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
9. Upper column cover (See UPPER COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
10. Lower column cover (See LOWER COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)

12. Light switch (See LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
13. Wiper and washer switch (See WIPER AND WASHER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
14. Joint cover (See STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
15. Steering shaft (See INTERMEDIATE SHAFT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
16. Cowl side woofer (LH) (See COWL SIDE WOOFER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
17. Body control module (BCM) (See BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
While pressing the fuse block tab in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure, move the fuse block in the direction of arrow (2) and detach the fuse block tab from the body control module (BCM) bracket.

Remove the clips A and B.
Remove the bolts.

Move the body control module (BCM) bracket in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the body control module (BCM) bracket hook from the body.
Remove the body control module (BCM) bracket.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
