Function of central locking interior switch - GF80.20-P-4105-02A

The interior switch (CL) (S6/1s2)  is connected to an input on the signal acquisition and actuation module (SAM) (N10/1)  together with the retractable rear head restraint (RHR) unlocking switch (S6/1s3)  . The position of the switch is read in voltage coded by the SAM. If the contact is closed for longer than 25 seconds, actuation of the button is ignored. Actuation of the button is recognized again only after the non-actuated position has been recognized. Since the two switches are connected to one input on the PSE control module (combined) (A37)  , actuation of the retractable rear head restraint (RHR)  switch is possible only after recognition of the non-actuated position.
