Test 12: Activation Of Combination Control Module By Sun Roof Switch (Close Function)

Using Adapter (140 589 12 63 00), connect Breakout Box (129 589 00 21 00) to combination control module. See Figure. With ignition switch in OFF position, fully close sun roof. Press sun roof switch to close position, measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 71 at breakout box. 6-9 volts should exist. If voltage is not as specified, check wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wiring is okay, replace sun roof switch.
