  Accelerator pedal position sensor task
  • To detect the position of the accelerator pedal
  • To detect closed throttle position
  • To supply the corresponding signals to the IFI [ERE] control module (N3/7) or the DFI [EVE] control module (N3/8)
 
  Accelerator pedal position sensor design Comprises a variable resistor (rotary potentiometer), which is linked to the accelerator pedal via a Bowden cable, and a CTP switch
