Functions of the rocker switch
The five mechanical positions of the rocker switch are input by the lower control panel control module (N72).
Center position neutral
first lower detent manual window lowering
first upper detent manual window raising
second lower detent automatic window lowering
second upper detent automatic window raising
Provided the function prerequisites
- no overvoltage/undervoltage
- circuit 15 on or circuit 15R on
are satisfied, the lower control panel control module (N72) sends a CAN message with the switch position to the relevant door control module. With continuous switch actuation, the CAN message is transmitted for a maximum of 25 sec.
With a non-normalized window , the lower control panel control module (N72) receives a corresponding CAN message. Instead of the "automatic window raising" switch position, the "manual window raising" position is transmitted.
Function of the slide switch for the childproof lock (MODELS 202/210 only)
The position of the switch is input by the lower control panel control module (N72) .
Provided the function prerequisites
- no overvoltage/undervoltage
- circuit 15 on or circuit 15R on
are satisfied and the switch is in the "ON" position, the lower control panel control module (N72) transmits a CAN message with the switch position.
