Enabling Code Function For Radio

NOTE: Whenever power supply to radio is disrupted, it will be necessary to enter radio anti-theft code in order for radio to function. Code must be obtained from customer. When vehicle is shipped new, a CODE CARD is included with the owners manual.

After reconnecting power supply or radio, turn ignition on. CODE will be displayed. Enter 5-digit code number using alphanumeric keypad on radio. After entering code, press OK key. If incorrect code is entered, CODE will be displayed on radio. Enter code again. If wrong code is entered 3 times, WAIT will be displayed and code entry is denied for 10 minutes. Radio and ignition switch must remain on during the waiting period.
