Operation 

With the selector lever on the floor shift it is possible to adapt the automatic gearshift sequence to suit specific operating conditions. See Fig 1. Although the selector lever position can be changed in the forward gears while driving, the electronic transmission control (ETC) prevents over-revving of the engine.
