Remove/Install Center Stowage Compartment

Remove/Install 

1. 1 -  Remove ashtray from front center console. See REMOVE/INSTALL ASHTRAY HOUSING FROM FRONT CENTER CONSOLE .
2. 2 -  Unclip electrical connector (2) out of the bracket (3). See Fig 1.
3. 3 -  Remove bolts (4).
4. 4 -  Pull stowage compartment for kinematics (1) out of center console until electrical connector (1) is accessible.
5. 5 -  Unplug electrical connector (2) and remove stowage compartment for kinematics (1).
   NOTE: When replacing stowage compartment for kinematics (1), transfer detachable body components. See REMOVE/INSTALL UPPER CONTROL PANEL CONTROL UNIT .
6. 6 -  Install in the reverse order.
