Location
The rear SAM control unit is located in the luggage compartment, in the center of the partition wall to the passenger compartment.
Task
The rear SAM control unit is connected to the interior CAN for the exchange of data.
Limit switches supply systems and control units with voltage to match the function sequence. Requests are notified to the rear SAM control unit over the interior CAN or by reading in switches and sensors.
