	Remove/install
1.1	Temporarily store basic data of audio/video controller control unit (N66/3) in STAR DIAGNOSIS	When replacing the audio/video controller control unit (N66/3). Installation:  Copy temporarily stored basic data into audio/video controller control unit (N66/3).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or Keyless Go start/stop button from EIS [EZS] control unit	Keyless Go start/stop button only for vehicles with code (889) Keyless Go.
3	Open lid (2) of stowage compartment in center armrest (1)
4	Unclip insert (3) of stowage compartment using long wedge (7)	Carefully unclip insert (3) as otherwise the insert (3) or the center armrest trim (4) may be damaged.	Figure
5	Detach electrical connectors (5) on audio/ video controller control unit (N66/3)
6	Pull out audio/video controller control unit (N66/3) with removal tools (6)		*WH58.30-Z-1008-19A
7	Remove removal tools (6) from audio/video controller control unit (N66/3)		*WH58.30-Z-1008-19A
8	Install in the reverse order
