Function 

As part of energy management the left front TPM [RDK] wheel sensor (A69/1), right front TPM [RDK] wheel sensor (A69/2), left rear TPM [RDK] wheel sensor (A69/3) and right rear TPM [RDK] wheel sensor (A69/4) switches over automatically between the following operating modes:

Energy management 

Due to the finite space the battery size and, as a result, the battery capacity is limited. An intelligent energy management system provides an estimated service life of approx. 7 years with a single battery.

IMPORTANT If the battery is defective the left front TPM [RDK] wheel sensor (A69/1), right front TPM [RDK] wheel sensor (A69/2), left rear TPM [RDK] wheel sensor (A69/3) or right rear TPM [RDK] wheel sensor (A69/4) must be exchanged.
