Remove/install side deployment pressure sensor - AR91.60-P-0760GZ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
INSTALLING Notes on avoiding damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1.1 Remove door lining from left or right front door IMPORTANT For work on the driver door pressure sensor (B48/7), or front passenger door pressure sensor (B48/8).
IMPORTANT Replace damaged door module seal with butyl cord.		  
    Model 164 AR72.10-P-1000GZ
    Model 251 AR72.10-P-1000RT
    Sealing cord *BR00.45-Z-1021-01A 
1.2 Remove door lining from left or right rear door IMPORTANT For work on the rear door pressure sensor, driver-side (B48/9), or rear door pressure sensor, passenger-side (B48/10).
IMPORTANT Vehicles with code 293, sidebags in rear
Replace damaged door module seal with butyl cord.		  
    Model 164 AR72.12-P-1010GZ
    Model 251 AR72.12-P-1010RT
    Sealing cord *BR00.45-Z-1021-01A 
2 Disconnect electrical connector (2) from driver door pressure sensor (B48/7), front passenger door pressure sensor (B48/8), rear door pressure sensor, driver-side (B48/9), or rear door pressure sensor, passenger-side (B48/10)    
3 Drill out rivets (1) with a dia. 4.8 mm drill bit IMPORTANTInstallation:  Use new rivets (1). Polygrip aluminum/steel hollow rivet dia. 4.8 x 15 mm.  
    COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS Handymaster cordless drill/driver *WH58.30-Z-1007-20A 
    COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS PowerBird blind rivet tool *WE58.40-Z-1003-14A 
4 Remove driver door pressure sensor (B48/7), or front passenger door pressure sensor (B48/8)    
5 Remove rear door pressure sensor, driver-side (B48/9), or rear door pressure sensor, passenger-side (B48/10) IMPORTANT Vehicles with code 293, sidebags in rear  
6.1 Remove front door loudspeakers IMPORTANT For work on the driver door pressure sensor (B48/7), or front passenger door pressure sensor (B48/8).
IMPORTANT In order to remove the rest of the rivets.		  
    IMPORTANT Model 251 AR82.62-P-7845RT
    IMPORTANT Model 164 AR82.62-P-7845GZ
6.2 Remove speakers in rear doors IMPORTANT For work on the rear door pressure sensor, driver-side (B48/9), or rear door pressure sensor, passenger-side (B48/10).
IMPORTANT Vehicles with code 293, sidebags in rear
IMPORTANT In order to remove the rest of the rivets.		  
    IMPORTANT Model 251 AR82.62-P-7874RT
    IMPORTANT Model 164 AR82.62-P-7874GZ
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Check the restraint system with STAR DIAGNOSIS    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory   AD00.00-P-2000-04A
    STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system *WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
