	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Detach connector of O2 sensor upstream of CAT (G3/2x1)	Remove connector O2 of sensor upstream CAT (G3/2x1) from bracket.
2	Remove right air filter housing	Model 164	AR09.10-P-1150GZC
		Model 251	AR09.10-P-1150RTC
3	Remove bracket for O2 sensor upstream of CAT (G3/2) and differential pressure sensor for diesel particulate filter (DPF)
4	Place bracket to one side
5	Remove the O2 sensor upstream of CAT (G3/2)	Push the lines of the diesel particulate filter (DPF) differential pressure sensor to one side Installation:  Coat thread of O2 sensor upstream of CAT (G3/2) with heat-resistant lubricant.

6	Install in the reverse order
	Checking
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Test run engine and check exhaust system for leaks
