Ensure use of the following versions of XENTRY Diagnosis/XENTRY DAS:
Use BD/DVD (07/2017 ) or higher XENTRY Diagnosis/DAS version .
Please make sure to follow the operation steps exactly as described in XENTRY/DAS.
Use battery charger to ensure sufficient power supply of vehicle on-board electrical system battery (greater than 12.5 V).
If XENTRY/DAS is already connected to the vehicle, start with operation step 2.
If two or more software updates or SCN codings are performed during a workshop visit, the operation items 02-4762 and 02-5058 can only be invoiced once for each workshop order!

Connect XENTRY/DAS.
Perform SCN coding in engine control unit.
To do so, select menu item "Control units view - Drive type - Motor electronics (ME-SFI) - Adaptations - Control unit update - Update SCN coding".

Then follow the user guidance in XENTRY Diagnosis/DAS.
Disconnect XENTRY/DAS.
