MODEL 204.0/2 with CODE (275) Memory package (driver seat, steering column, mirrors) up to Model Year 8 

The electrically adjustable steering column (EVL) enables the following partial functions to be performed: 

• Adjust/save steering column
• Easy entry/exit, steering column adjustment

The electrically adjustable steering column has to be normalized for the automatic functions.

This means that the mechanical end stop of the steering column adjustment matches a specific incremental value of the Hall sensor signals. If this is not the case, then each limit stop of the steering column adjustment has to be moved to and the counter setting reset to "zero".
