Read out service memory, function - GF00.20-P-2012SX

General 

Depending on the demands made on the vehicle, the note "Service memory full" appears in the multifunction display (A1p13). This means that no further data can be processed by the central gateway control unit (N93). The message can be erased again after 47 entries via the control panel on the multifunction steering wheel (MFL). No further erasing can be carried out after 49 entries.

If the service memory is not read out, the corresponding data are not processed further. A correct calculation and display are not possible.

Reading out the service memory 

The service memory can be read out using STAR DIAGNOSIS.

• Establish communication with the Active Service System PLUS (ASSYST PLUS).
• Select control unit adaptation.
• Start the function "Rearrange service memory".
