Remove/install pressure differential sensor (DPF) - AR07.04-P-0012CD

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects.	Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary.	AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
1	Remove cylinder head cover trim
2	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150CD
3	Disconnect electrical connector (1) at pressure differential sensor (DPF) (B28/8)
4	Unscrew screw/bolt (2)		*BA07.04-P-1004-01L
5	Loosen hose clamps (3)	Only hose clamps (3) for molded hoses may be loosened at the pressure lines (4). When loosening hose clamps (3) on the differential pressure sensor (DPF) (B28/8) hairline cracks form at the differential pressure sensor (DPF) (B28/8) which can limit its function.
6	Detach differential pressure sensor (DPF) (B28/8) with molded hoses from pressure lines (4)	Mount molded hoses free of tension.
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Connect Star Diagnosis, read out fault memory and erase if necessary	Stored faults which may be caused by assembly work, test work, removed lines or a simulation, must be processed and erased in fault memories after completing the work.	AD00.00-P-2000-04A
