Remove/install alternator - AR15.40-P-5032GW

	Remove/install
1	Remove poly-V belt	Only remove poly-V belt from belt pulley of alternator (G2).	AR13.20-P-0001GW
2	Attach radiator guard plate
	Guard plate for radiator/condenser		WF58.50-P-0110-01A
3	Drain coolant		AR20.00-P-1142GW
	Notes on coolant		AH20.00-N-2080-01A
4	Detach ground line from battery		AR54.10-P-0003GW
	Notes on battery		AH54.10-P-0001-01A
5	Detach pressure line for P/S from bracket (3)		*BA46.30-P-1025-01B
6	Remove screw/bolt (1) and place coolant line (2) to the side.	Install new sealing rings.
7	Remove coolant lines for RH turbocharger	Install new sealing rings.	AR20.20-P-7440GW
8	Detach coolant line (4) on connector (8)	Collect coolant that flows out
9	Loosen clamp (9)
10	Raise vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000G
11	Detach coolant line (10) from vehicle frame (11) and pull out downwards out of the engine compartment	The coolant line (10) is fastened by the bracket (12) and also by a nut below on the vehicle frame (11). Collect coolant that flows out
12	Release plug (6) and disconnect
13	Remove cap (7), unscrew nut and remove electrical line (5) from alternator (G2)		*BA15.40-P-1002-01F
14	Remove screw/bolts (13) of alternator (G2)		*BA15.40-P-1001-01F
15	Remove alternator (G2) down and out	In order to remove the alternator (G2), hammer out sleeves (14) somewhat out of the alternator (G2) using a suitable tool. To do this screw in screw/bolts (13). Do not damage the thread on the sleeves (14).
16	Install in the reverse order
17	Pour in coolant		AR20.00-P-1142GW
18	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AR20.00-P-1010GW
