Remove/Install Distronic Sensor (DTR) - AR30.30-P-1010GQ

MODEL 166.0 with CODE 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) except CODE 239 (DISTRONIC PLUS) 

MODEL 292 with CODE 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) except CODE 239 (DISTRONIC PLUS)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m)    
2.1 Remove radiator trim Model 166.0 up to model year 2016 AR88.40-P-4001GQ
2.2 Remove Mercedes star Models 166.0, 292  
Model 166.0 as of model year 2016 AR88.40-P-4050NKB
Model 292 AR88.40-P-4050GQC
3 Disconnect electrical connector (3) from front long range radar sensor (B92)    
4 Unscrew nuts (2) and remove front long range radar sensor (B92)    
5 Install in the reverse order    
  Initial startup

REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS
Perform commissioning of front long range radar sensor (B92) using the vehicle diagnosis system When replacing the front long range radar sensor (B92). When replacing the steering column tube module control unit (N80) or the yaw rate sensor for lateral and longitudinal acceleration (B24/15). AD00.00-P-2000-04A
7 Calibrate front long range radar sensor (B92) using the vehicle diagnosis system When replacing the front long range radar sensor (B92). Removal and installation of the front long range radar sensor (B92). Alterations of the bracket. After accident repair in front area or alteration of the camber, track width, caster or vehicle level at the front or rear axle.
