Remove/Install O2 Sensor - AR07.04-P-0080OGR

	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood and move to vertical position	Engine 642 in model 166, 292 Engine 642 in model 166	AR88.40-P-1000GQ
2	Remove upper engine cover	Only install upper engine cover after an engine test run and leak test.
3	Remove right section of the bulkhead
4	Remove bracket for engine cover (1)	Engine 642 in model 292
5	Remove heat shield (2) of ATL
6	Disconnect electrical connection for oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (G32x1)	Unclip electrical connection for oxygen sensor upstream catalytic converter (G3/2x1) from bracket and expose electrical line.
7	Remove oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (G3/2)	Coat thread of the oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (G3/2) with heat-resistant lubricant. Control sensor upstream of catalytic converter	*BA14.00-P-1003-01F
		Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
8	Install in the reverse order
	Check
9	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Do an engine test run and check for leaktightness	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
