Remove/Install Pedestrian Protection Sensor - AR91.60-P-0950GQ

MODEL 166 (except 166.874) up to model year 2016 

with CODE U60 (Active Bonnet (Pedestrian protection))

NOTES Notes on pedestrian protection sensor   AH91.60-P-0001-01A
NOTES General information on the impact absorber   AH88.20-P-1000-01A
NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Disconnect battery ground line   AR54.10-P-0003GZ
2 Secure vehicle on the lifting platform and raise   AR00.60-P-0100GZ
3 Remove bumper When removing the left front bumper pedestrian protection sensor (B151/1) or the right front bumper pedestrian protection sensor (B151/3). AR88.20-P-2000GQ
4 Remove left impact absorber When removing left front bumper pedestrian protection sensor (B151/1).  
5 Remove right impact absorber When removing right front bumper pedestrian protection sensor (B151/3).  
6 Release and disconnect electrical connector at respective front bumper pedestrian protection sensor (B151/1, B151/2, B151/3)    
7 Remove screw/bolt at respective front bumper pedestrian protection sensor (B151/1, B151/2, B151/3) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, frontal acceleration sensor to bumper *BA91.60-P-1023-01H 
8 Detach respective front bumper pedestrian protection sensor (B151/1, B151/2, B151/3) from bumper    
9 Install in the reverse order
