Remove/Install Pressure Differential Sensor (DPF) - Ar07.04-D-0012WE

Engine 651.955/956/957 in model 906 with code MP5 (Engine version Euro 5) 

Engine 651.955/956/957 in model 906 with code MP6 (Engine version, Euro VI)

REMOVINGREMOVING Remove/install 
1 Remove air intake pipe - AR09.10-D-8131WE
2 Disconnect electrical connection (3) from diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B28/18) - -
3 Remove screw/bolt (5) and remove bracket - -
4 Remove screw/bolt (4) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt/nut, differential pressure sensor to bracket *BA07.04-N-1010-01B 
5 Remove hoses (2) from lines (1) and take off diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B28/18) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check clamps and hoses (2) for damage. -
6 Replace hoses (2) on diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B28/18) When replacing the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B28/18).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Use new hoses (2) and new clamps.

7 Install in the reverse order
8 Connect diagnostic system, clear fault memory and perform initialization of the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B28/18) using the diagnostic system When replacing the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B28/18). -
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS - - AD00.00-D-2000-04SD
- Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9 Perform an engine test run, check lines (1) and hoses (2) in the area of the diesel particulate filter differential pressure sensor (B28/18) for leaktightness - -
