| 4 | Remove electrical wiring harness (1) from control unit holder (2) | ||
| 5 | Open cover (3) | ||
| 6 | Remove positive line (4) from windshield heater control unit (N61) | *BA54.21-P-1001-01D | |
| 7 | Remove ground line (5) from windshield heater control unit (N61) | *BA54.21-P-1001-01D | |
| 8 | Disconnect electrical connector (6) | ||
| 9 | Remove bolts (7) | ||
| 10 | Unscrew nut (8) | ||
| 11 | Take control unit holder (2) with windshield heater control unit (N61) out of trunk | ||
| 12 | Unscrew screws (9) and remove windshield heater control unit (N61) from control unit holder (2) | When replacing windshield heater control unit (N61). | |
| 13 | Install in the reverse order |
