| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Detach ground line from battery | AR54.10-P-0003LF | |
| 2 | Remove right charge air pipe | AR09.41-P-8620LFA | |
| 3 | Remove poly-V belt from alternator (G2) | AR13.20-P-0001LFA | |
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connection (1) | ||
| 5 | Detach cap, unscrew nut and remove electrical line from electrical connection (5) | *BA15.40-P-1002-01F | |
| 6 | Unclip electrical line from holder and lay down to side | ||
| 7 | Detach boost pressure control valve and place with attached hoses and lines to one side | ||
| 8 | Detach coolant hose at expansion reservoir for low-temperature circuit | ||
| 9 | Remove screw/bolts (2) | *BA15.40-P-1001-01F | |
| 10 | Take alternator (G2) upwards and out | ||
| 11 | Install in the reverse order |
