| 4.1 | Remove radiator grille | Engine 176 in model 222 | AR88.40-P-4001LF |
| 4.2 | Remove front bumper | Engine 176 in model 217 | AR88.20-P-2000LC |
| 5 | Remove front center reinforcement | AR62.30-P-1570LF | |
| 6 | Unclip air ducting (3) and air ducting (2) and place to one side | ||
| 7 | Drain off coolant | AR20.00-P-1142MNL | |
| 8 | Remove coolant hose (7) from fan unit (1) | ||
| 9 | Remove coolant hoses (5, 9) from cooler | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 10 | Detach bleed line (4) from cooler | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 11 | Release electrical connector of fan unit (1) and disconnect | ||
| 12 | Unclip oil cooler (6) and place to one side with lines still connected | Otherwise, the retaining clip of the oil cooler (6) will be damaged. If the retaining clip of the oil cooler (6) is damaged ↓ Fasten oil cooler (6) using repair bolt and washer. |

| 13 | Remove fan unit (1) upward | ||
| 14 | Install in the reverse order | ||
