| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||

| 3 | Detach ground line from additional battery. | Model 907 with code E2I (Auxiliary battery for retrofit consumers, vehicle interior) and code SH2 (Front passenger thorax/pelvis side airbag) | AR54.10-D-0004TS |

| 4 | Remove seat cushion padding from front passenger bench seat. | AR91.10-D-5036TS | |
| 5 | Release electrical connector (1) and disconnect. | ||
| 6 | Detach electrical connector (2) from electrical connector (1). | ||
| 7 | Remove the electrical wiring harness (4). | If the retaining clips (5) or the brackets (6) are damaged, Replace retaining clips (5) or brackets (6). |

| 9 | Install in the reverse order. |
