| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery. | Model 907 with code SH2 (Front passenger thorax/pelvis side airbag) | AR54.10-D-0029TS |
| 3 | Detach ground line from additional battery. | Model 907 with code E2I (Auxiliary battery for retrofit consumers, vehicle interior) and code SH2 (Front passenger thorax/pelvis side airbag) | AR54.10-D-0004TS |
| Model 907 with code E2M (Auxiliary battery for retrofit consumers, engine compartment) and code SH2 (Front passenger thorax/pelvis side airbag) except code E2I (Auxiliary battery for retrofit consumers, vehicle interior) | AR54.10-D-0004TSR | ||
| 4 | Release electrical connector (1) and disconnect. | ||
| 5 | Remove electrical connector (2) from electrical connector (3). | ||
| 6 | Remove retaining clips (5) from seat frame base. | If the retaining clips (5) are damaged, ↓ replace retaining clips (5). |
