Remove/Install Seat Base For Driver's Seat - Ar91.10-D-3521TS

	Remove/install
1.1	Remove driver seat.	Model 907 except code SR8 (Swivel base for driver' seat)	AR91.10-D-1000TS
1.2	Remove turn plate with mounted driver's seat.	Model 907 with code SR8 (Swivel base for driver' seat) Do not disconnect driver's seat from turn plate.	AR91.10-D-1456TS
2	Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery.	Model 907 except code Sh1 (Thorax/pelvis side-impact airbag, driver)	AR54.10-D-0029TS
3	Remove parking brake lever (1) from seat base.	Model 907 except code B25 (Electric parking brake)	AR42.20-D-0506TS
4	Remove jack from holder on the back of seat base (1).
5	Remove seat base cover (2).
6	Unscrew bolts (3).
7	Remove relay holder (4) with connected electric lines from working area.
8	Remove cover (5).
9	Remove screw/bolts (6).	The number of screws (6) can vary depending on the vehicle equipment.
10	Remove fuse holder (7) with connected electric lines from working area.	The number of fuse holders (7) varies depending on the vehicle equipment.
11	Disconnect electrical connector (8).	Model 907 with code E46 (Socket, in cab)
12	Unclip electrical wiring harness (9) from seat base (arrow A).	Model 907 except code B25 (Electric parking brake)
13	Release floor coverings (10) until the screws (11) are accessible.		AR68.80-D-0006TSF

14	Remove cover (13).	Model 907 with code H00 (Hot-air duct to passenger compartment)
15	Remove screws (11).	Bolt, seat base to vehicle floor	*BA91.10-N-1007-01TS
16	Remove bolts (12).	Bolt, seat base to vehicle floor	*BA91.10-N-1007-01TS
17	Open driver's door fully.
18	Remove seat base (1) and remove from the vehicle.	Remove seat base (1) carefully and when doing so pay attention to electrical wiring harnesses as well as electrical components. Otherwise damage to the vehicle's electrical system can occur.
19	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
20	Perform function test of all components installed on the seat base (1).
