Remove/Install Front Passenger Bench Seat Cushion Padding - Ar91.10-D-5036TS

	Remove
1	Fold seat cushion padding (1) forward.		AR91.10-D-1035TS
2	Disconnect electrical connection (2).	Model 907 with code h15 (Seat heating for front passenger)
3.1	Remove electrical wiring harness (3).	Model 907 with code h15 (Seat heating for front passenger) except code J55 (Seat belt warning system for front passenger seat) To do so, unclip retaining clips (4) and unlock brackets (5).
3.2	Remove electrical wiring harness (3).	Model 907 with code h15 (Seat heating for front passenger) with code J55 (Seat belt warning system for front passenger seat) To do so, disconnect retaining clips (4) and cable ties. Unlock brackets (5) of heat mat (12).	AR91.60-D-0009TS
4	Remove seat frame (7).	To do so, remove bolts (6).
5	Unclip mounting rails (8) from seat frame (7).	Extraction hook	Fig 1
6	Remove seat cushion padding (1) with seat cushion cover (9).
7	Remove seat cushion cover (9) from seat cushion padding (1).	If the seat cushion padding (1), seat cushion cover (9) or heat mat (12) is replaced. o do so, unclip mounting rails (10) of seat cushion cover (9) at retaining clips (11). If the heat mat (12) is replaced. Dispose of seat cushion padding (1) and heat mat (12) properly.
	Install
8	Attach heat mat (12) to seat cushion padding (1)	If the heat mat (12) is replaced. Model 907 with code h15 (Seat heating for front passenger) Use new seat cushion padding (1) and heat mat (12).	AR91.30-D-0008TS
9	Attach seat cushion cover (9) to seat cushion padding (1).	If the seat cushion padding (1), seat cushion cover (9) or heat mat (12) has been replaced. To do so, clip in mounting rails (10) of seat cushion cover (9) at retaining clips (11). Ensure that the seat cushion cover (9) is correctly seated on the seat cushion padding (1). If a retaining clip (11) is damaged. Install new seat cushion padding (1).
10	Install seat cushion padding (1) with seat cushion cover (9).	Ensure that the seat cushion padding (1) is seated correctly with seat cushion cover (9).
11	Clip in mounting rails (8) at seat frame (7).
12	Install seat frame (7).	To do so, install bolts (6).
13.1	Attach electrical wiring harness (3).	Model 907 with code h15 (Seat heating for front passenger) with code J55 (Seat belt warning system for front passenger seat) Use new retaining clips (4) and new cable ties.	AR91.60-D-0009TS
13.2	Attach electrical wiring harness (3).	Model 907 with code h15 (Seat heating for front passenger) except code J55 (Seat belt warning system for front passenger seat) To do so, clip in retaining clips (4) and lock [brackets (5). Check retaining clips (4) and brackets (5). If the retaining clips (4) or the brackets (5) are damaged. Replace damaged components.
14	Disconnect electrical connection (2).	Model 907 with code h15 (Seat heating for front passenger)
15	Fold back seat cushion padding (1).		AR91.10-D-1035TS
