REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove outer trim from seat frame Model 907 except code SF1 (Electrically adjustable driver's seat) except code SF2 (Electrically adjustable front passenger seat) except code SL1 (Front passenger seat) AR91.10-D-1201TS 
Model 907 with code SL1 (Front passenger seat) except code SF1 (Electrically adjustable driver's seat) except code SF2 (Electrically adjustable front passenger seat) AR91.10-D-1201TSB 
Model 907 with code SF1 (Electrically adjustable driver's seat) Model 907 with code SF2 (Electrically adjustable front passenger seat) AR91.10-D-1201TSK 
2 Remove inner trim from seat frame   AR91.10-D-1202TS 
3 Remove front seat   AR91.10-D-1000TS 
4 Detach mounting rail (1) of seat cushion cover (2) SPECIAL TOOL Extraction hook Fig 1

7 Remove seat cushion padding (5) with seat cushion cover (2) IMPORTANT Model 907 with code SB1 (Comfort driver's seat) Model 907 with code SB2 (Comfort front passenger seat) Model 907 with code SB3 (Comfort suspension seat, driver's seat) Model 907 with code SB4 (Comfort suspension seat, front passenger seat) Model 907 with code SF1 (Electrically adjustable driver's seat) Model 907 with code SF2 (Electrically adjustable front passenger seat) Fold over the seat cushion padding (5) with seat cushion cover (2) until the screws (6) are accessible.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that the seat cushion cover (2) and the seat cushion padding (5) are correctly seated.		  
8 Detach thigh cushion padding (4) with adjustment unit (12) Model 907 with code SB1 (Comfort driver's seat) Model 907 with code SB2 (Comfort front passenger seat) Model 907 with code SB3 (Comfort suspension seat, driver's seat) Model 907 with code SB4 (Comfort suspension seat, front passenger seat) Model 907 with code SF1 (Electrically adjustable driver's seat) Model 907 with code SF2 (Electrically adjustable front passenger seat)
IMPORTANT To do so, unscrew the screws (6) and remove the thigh cushion padding (4) with adjustment unit (12) from the catches in a forward direction.		  
9 Detach seat cushion cover (2) from seat cushion padding (5) When replacing seat cushion padding (5) or seat cushion cover (2).
IMPORTANT To do so, unclip the mounting rails (7) from the retaining clips (8) of the seat cushion padding (5).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure that the seat cushion cover (2) is correctly seated on the seat cushion padding (5). Check the retaining clips (8).
If retaining clips (8) are damaged
Install new seat cushion padding (5).		  
10 Detach thigh cushion padding (4) from adjustment unit (12) Model 907 with code SB1 (Comfort driver's seat) Model 907 with code SB2 (Comfort front passenger seat) Model 907 with code SB3 (Comfort suspension seat, driver's seat) Model 907 with code SB4 (Comfort suspension seat, front passenger seat) Model 907 with code SF1 (Electrically adjustable driver's seat) Model 907 with code SF2 (Electrically adjustable front passenger seat)
IMPORTANT To do so, unclip the mounting rails (10) of the thigh cushion cover (9) from the catch hooks (11) of the adjustment unit (12).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that the thigh cushion cover (9) is correctly seated on the thigh cushion padding (4).		  
  Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
12 Perform function check on front seat
