Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). |

Remove left or right front door sill trim. |

Remove insulation (2). |

| 4 |
Release and disconnect electrical connection (3). |
|
|
| 5 |
Unscrew screw (4) and remove acceleration sensor (1) from B-pillar. |
Screw, acceleration sensor to B-pillar |

Install in the reverse order. |
