Remove/Install Front Seat Backrest Padding - Ar91.10-D-0003TS

Model 907 

with code SH1 (Thorax/pelvis side-impact airbag, driver)

with code SH2 (Thorax/pelvis side-impact airbag, front passenger)

REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove seat backrest shell for front seat.   AR91.10-D-1916TS 
2 Remove head restraint guides from front seat.   AR91.16-D-0051TS 
3 Remove armrest. Model 907 with code S22 (Armrest for driver's seat) model 907 with code S25 (Armrest for front passenger seat) AR91.10-D-3326TS 
4 Remove seat backrest cover (1) from seat backrest frame (2).    
5 Remove front seat side airbag.   AR91.60-D-0699TS 
6 Disconnect electrical connector (3). Model 907 with code H15 (Seat heater for front passenger) Model 907 with code H16 (Seat heater for driver)
IMPORTANT To do so, unlock electrical connector (3).		  
7 Remove seat backrest padding (4) with seat backrest cover (1).    
8.1 Remove seat backrest cover (1) from seat backrest padding (4). Model 907 except code H16 (Seat heating for driver) Model 907 except code H15 (Seat heating for front passenger) If the seat backrest cover (1) or seat backrest padding (4) is replaced.
IMPORTANT To do so, unclip mounting rails (5) of seat backrest cover (1) at retaining clips (6) of seat backrest padding (4).		  
8.2 Remove seat backrest cover (1) from seat backrest padding (4). Model 907 with code H15 (Seat heater for front passenger) Model 907 with code H16 (Seat heater for driver) If the seat backrest cover (1), seat backrest padding (4) or heat mat (7) is replaced.
IMPORTANT To do so, unclip mounting rails (5) of seat backrest cover (1) at retaining clips (6) of seat backrest padding (4). If the heat mat (7) is replaced.
Dispose of seat backrest padding (4) and heat mat (7) in proper manner.		  
INSTALLING Install     
9 Install heat mat (7) onto seat backrest padding (4). If the heat mat (7) on the seat backrest padding (4) is replaced.
Model 907 with code H15 (Seat heater for front passenger) Model 907 with code H16 (Seat heater for driver)
IMPORTANT Use new seat backrest padding (4) and heat mat (7).		 AR91.30-D-0008TS 
10 Attach seat backrest cover (1) to seat backrest padding (4). If the seat backrest cover (1), seat backrest padding (4) or heat mat (7) is replaced.
IMPORTANT To do so, clip in mounting rails (5) of seat backrest cover (1) at retaining clips (6) of seat backrest padding (4).
Check retaining clips (6).
IMPORTANT Ensure that the seat backrest cover (1) is correctly seated on the seat backrest padding (4).
If a retaining clip (6) is damaged.
↓
Replace seat backrest padding (4).		  
11 InstaN seat backrest padding (4) with seat backrest cover (1). IMPORTANT Ensure that the seat backrest cover (1) and seat backrest padding (4) are seated correctly.  
12 Connect electrical connector (3). Model 907 with code H15 (Seat heater for front passenger) Model 907 with code H16 (Seat heater for driver)  
13 Install front seat side airbag.   AR91.60-D-0699TS 
14 Attach seat backrest cover (1) onto seat backrest frame (2).    
15 Install armrest. Model 907 with code S22 (Armrest for driver's seat) model 907 with code S25 (Armrest for front passenger seat) AR91.10-D-3326TS 
16 Install head restraint guides onto front seat.   AR91.16-D-0051TS 
17 Install seat backrest shell for front seat.   AR91.10-D-1916TS
