Remove/Install Right Seat Belt Buckle Of Front Passenger Bench Seat - Ar91.40-D-1530TS

	Notes on carrying out repair work in the vehicle interior		AH68.00-N-0001-01S
	Remove/install
1	Fold seat cushion padding (1) of front passenger bench seat (2) forwards		AR91.10-D-1035TS
2	Disconnect electrical connector of seat belt warning system	Model 907 with code J55 (Seat belt warning system for front passenger seat)
3	Detach electrical wiring harness of seat belt warning system	Model 907 with code J55 (Seat belt warning system for front passenger seat) To do this, detach the retaining clip. Clip remover	Fig 1
4	Remove right seat belt buckle (3) from front passenger bench seat (2)
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts	: Observe marking denoting assembly position of seat belt buckle (3). Otherwise the seat cushion padding (1) and the seat cushion cover could be damaged. Removal  : Observe assembly position of seat belt buckle (3). To do this, remove the screw (4).	AH00.00-N-0001-01A
		Bolt, seat belt buckle on seat frame for front passenger bench seat	*BA91.40-N-1009-03TS
5	Install in the reverse order
	Check
6	Perform function check on seat belt buckle (3)
